  1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.biodenta.my (“Website”), which is operated and maintained by TSQ Health Sdn Bhd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this Website, including making purchases, subscribing to updates, or engaging with our customer service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and TSQ Health Sdn Bhd. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement:

  • “Website” refers to the domain www.biodenta.my and all associated pages and subdomains.
  • “Products” refer to all goods, including oral care and health-related products, displayed and offered for sale on the Website.
  • “Order” means a completed purchase of one or more Products submitted via the Website.
  • “Content” means all text, images, videos, trademarks, designs, layouts, and information provided by TSQ Health Sdn Bhd.
  • “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Website, whether or not a purchase is made.
  1. ELIGIBILITY TO USE

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that:

All product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and intended to be as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, we do not warrant that:

  • Colors, textures, or packaging shown on-screen are precisely reflective of the physical product due to variances in display settings;
  • The Products will meet every User’s expectations or intended use.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product or promotional offer at any time without notice.

  1. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES

All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST) where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online banking via FPX
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Designated e-wallets

By submitting an Order, you authorize us (via our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an Order is processed and shipped. We are not responsible for any additional bank fees, currency conversion charges, or delays imposed by financial institutions.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. A confirmation email or message does not signify our acceptance of your Order but only acknowledges receipt. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel Orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock;
  • Limit quantities purchased per household, per customer, or per transaction.

If we cancel an Order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  1. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and may vary by location and courier availability.

By placing an Order, you agree that:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees;
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external logistics providers, customs clearance, public holidays, or natural disasters;
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection by your designated party.

Returned parcels due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel may incur additional re-delivery charges.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We offer a return window of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging;
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. toothbrushes, opened toothpaste or mouthrinse) are non-returnable;
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval and inspection.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

  1. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS
  • Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and time limits;
  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively;
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or change promotions without notice;
  • Only one code may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its Content — including but not limited to product names, trademarks, trade dress, logos, packaging, copy, and graphics — are owned by or licensed to TSQ Health Sdn Bhd.
